Senator Max Baucus is the head of the committee that developed the Senate version of Obamacare. This was later taken behind closed doors by Senator Harry Reid with NO Republicans allowed and rewritten into a passable version for the Senate. In this video, Max is complaining that the Republicans didn't participate in the debate - THEY WEREN'T ALLOWED TO BY THE DEMOCRATS. Can these clowns ever say anything that is honest???????????????
