I Literally Had Tears Running Down My Cheeks at the End of This!

My buddy, Dave comes through again. Thanks, Dave

How can we ever thank them?? There is no way, except to do our best to keep America the way it was intended by our Founding Fathers. The country these people fought and died for.

The Tea Party Movement is the Cause of Illegal Immigration

Got this from my buddy, Dave. Thanks, it's great!

 From The Manitoba, Canada Herald

The flood of American liberals sneaking across the border into Canada has intensified in the past week,
sparking calls for increased patrols to stop the illegal immigration.

The recent actions of the Tea Party are prompting an exodus among left-leaning citizens who fear they'll soon
be required to hunt, pray, and to agree with Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck.

Canadian border farmers say it's not uncommon to see dozens of sociology professors,

animal-rights activists and Unitarians crossing their fields at night. "I went out to milk the
cows the other day, and there was a Hollywood producer huddled in the barn," said
Manitoba farmer Red Greenfield, whose acreage borders North Dakota. The producer was
cold, exhausted and hungry. He asked me if I could spare a latte and some free-range
chicken. When I said I didn't have any, he left before I even got a chance to show him my
      screenplay.

In an effort to stop the illegal aliens, Greenfield erected higher fences,
but the liberals scaled them. He then installed loudspeakers that blared
Rush Limbaugh across the fields. "Not real effective," he said. "The
liberals still got through and Rush annoyed the cows so much that they
     wouldn't give any milk."

Officials are particularly concerned about smugglers who meet
liberals near the Canadian border, pack them into Volvo station
wagons and drive them across the border where they are simply left
     to fend for themselves.

"A lot of these people are not prepared for our rugged conditions,"
an Ontario border patrolman said. "I found one carload without a
single bottle of imported drinking water

They did have a nice little Napa Valley cabernet, though."

When liberals are caught, they're sent back across the border, often
wailing loudly that they fear retribution from conservatives. Rumors
have been circulating about plans being made to build re-education
camps where liberals will be forced to drink domestic beer and watch
     NASCAR races.

In recent days, liberals have turned to ingenious ways of crossing
the border. Some have been disguised as senior citizens taking a bus
trip to buy cheap Canadian prescription drugs. After catching a half-
dozen young vegans in powdered wig disguises, Canadian immigration
authorities began stopping buses and quizzing the supposed senior-
citizens about Perry Como and Rosemary Clooney to prove that they
were alive in the '50s. "If they can't identify the accordion player on The
Lawrence Welk Show, we become very suspicious about their age," an official

     said.

Canadian citizens have complained that the illegal immigrants are
creating an organic-broccoli shortage and are renting all the
Michael Moore movies. "I really feel sorry for American liberals, but the
Canadian economy just can't support them," an Ottawa
resident said. "How many art-history majors does one country need?"

In an effort to ease tensions between the United States and Canada,
Vice President Biden met with the Canadian ambassador and pledged
that the administration would take steps to reassure liberals. A
source close to President Obama said, "We're going to have some Paul
McCartney and Peter, Paul & Mary concerts. And we might even put some
endangered species on postage stamps. The President is determined to
     reach out," he said.

Just so you'll know...the Manitoba Herald doesn't exist.  It was published for a couple of years in the 1800's.

Well Said

Got this from an email from the "Tea Party Patriots" web site:
 http://www.teapartypatriots.org/

"With national elections only a few weeks away it's time to step up all of our efforts and demonstrate for the world the true power of We the People, American citizens, as we use our freedom and the system of democracy, so brilliantly designed by our founders, to restore the greatest country on earth to the core principles that made it great.  Among those principles are fiscal responsibility, constitutionally limited government, and free markets.
As an American, it is your duty to protect and preserve the legacy of liberty given to us by our ancestors.  The Patriots who came before us were not the kind to sit back and wait for others to take action.  They knew that their efforts were required to maintain the American way.  And so they did what was necessary.
Tea Party Patriots know that too.  And so we are doing what is necessary.

It is necessary to keep Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Barack Obama, and every elected official who is pushing a socialist agenda on their heels, on the defensive, and on the run so that they cannot ram through any more destructive legislation.

It is necessary to keep both major political parties, Republican and Democrat, in fear that the American citizens will hold them accountable for their failures.

It is necessary to shout so loudly that we wake up those Americans who are still sleeping, teach them the value of their freedom, and warn them of the peril that it is in.

It is necessary that we keep each other, our fellow Tea Party Patriots motivated and in good spirits to fight the fight.  Because it is easy to feel defeated when our opponents are as vicious as they are now.

It is necessary to be so vocal and visible that we override the media lies about our intentions and our honor.

And it is necessary to blockade those who wish to take away our liberty, so that they never have a clear path to achieve their goals."

I Pray Every Night!

Every night when I go to bed, I say a short prayer that this guy will run for President in 2012. To you Lefties out there who think that the government is the last and best solution to all our problems, here is a CLASSIC example of how the government works (or more appropriately, doesn't work). This is government bureaucracy at it's worst.

On second thought, this denial of funding may have been on purpose, since Governor Christie has shown those elitist jerks in Washington how to close a $10.5 billion budget deficit WITHOUT raising taxes.

Please, God!

New Homework Assignment

I'm adding a new book to the Homework Assignment list. This book is scary and shows that the Constitution is not always being followed by both sides of the political aisle and has opened my eyes and changed my opinion on a number of issues including the war on drugs, the FDA, etc. It's a good easy read if you are interested.

November 2 - VOTE!!!!

Check out this video and vote. This is what they think of "We the People", the great unwashed, stupid, ignorant people out here in America. It's obvious we need them to take care of us. I mean we don't know what's good for us, so they have to tell us how to live. Are you as sick of this as I am? If you are, then let's throw the bums out and show them who is still in charge!!

Avastin

Did you ever hear of it? If you are victim of late stage cancer, you may have. It is a drug that is used for late stage breast and other cancers. It's not a cure, but it has been proven to extend life. It costs about $8000 per treatment. I don't know how often it's needed, but that's a huge cost even if it's only once a year. There are people out there that are paying out of their own pocket for the drug, but they may not be doing it much longer. Why? Not effective? Serious side effects? Nope, the FDA is meeting on September 17 to decide whether to take it off the market. If it's effective and doesn't have serious side effects, why are they thinking about pulling it? Remember Obamacare that was passed back in March. The FDA considers the drug to not be cost effective. Obamacare nationalized healthcare and in order to control costs they are starting rationing. This is a prime example. You won't be able to get an effective drug, even if you pay for it yourself. Welcome to the Liberals "Brave New World" utopia. Freedom? What Freedom?

Vote November 2 - Throw ALL the bums out, regardless of party!

Maybe Texas Has it Figured Out..

I've always loved the State of Texas. Right from the days of the Alamo!

Got this from a friend of mine. Thanks, Bill.

Do you ever wonder why so many bills (3000+) are proposed every year at the Capitol in Hartford? Perhaps it's the number of legislators we have elected, 151 Representatives and 36 Senators, 187 people thinking about how they can fix something, make your life better, or how they can leave their imprint on Connecticut's history. The legislature also employs over 350 people to make the process work. All this in a state with 8 counties and slightly less than 3.5 million residents (2000). To put this into perspective, California has 58 counties and only 120 legislators, but they do have term limits. New York has 62 counties with 212 legislators. Texas has a whopping 254 counties with 181 legislators while Rhode Island with 5 counties has 113 legislators. Texas' legislature only meets every other year for 140 days.
       Interesting!
